At The Right Cliq, we understand that your files are irreplaceable and take extra care to assure they are fully recovered. We perform Level 0, Level 1, and Level 2 data recovery (explained below), as well as file and database repair, RAID reconstruction, recovery from flash drives, memory cards, CD's and DVD's.

Dead computer. Your computer is unbootable (does not turn on) or show any signs of life. It’s possible that your motherboard has failed. For level 0, the key factors are that the data is intact and fully readable, but is impossible to access because something else (ie computer motherboard) has failed. Recovery probabilty: excellent. Recovery Cost $50-$90.

You’ve accidentally deleted a file, reformatted, or have a virus that caused the hard drive to lose its windows file structure. With Level 1, the hard drive is working perfectly but as far as windows can tell the files are gone. Windows has no record of where the files are. This is analogous to a library with it's card catalog (or online catalog) missing. Recovery probability:very good. Recovery Cost $75-$150.

Level 2 recovery is required when the hard drive is failing. The hard drive normally reads all stored data as a combination of zeros or ones. With a Level 2 failure, the hard drive is having trouble making out whether the data is a 0 or a 1. Depending on the severity, the read errors may happen once in a while or very frequently, but in many cases things go from bad to worse very quickly. You may experience an unbootable (does not start up) computer with an error message indicating a missing critical system file or hard drive not found. When this occurs, you should consider the possiblity of data loss and act to recover your files before running diagnostics. This may seem like common sense, but most techs will run lengthy dianostics on a failing hard drive, only to find out - yep it was the hard drive. At The Right Cliq,  use hightly optimized recovery methods, developed for Level 2 failures, which provide the highest recovery rates without escalating the recovery to a Level 3.  Recovery probabilty:very good. Recovery Cost $95-$175.

Hard Drive has failed completely and may be making an unusual noise (click click click about one second apart) or a grinding sound. The hard drive is not able to read the data ( cannot read the zero's or the one's) at all. The hard drive must be sent to a facility with a class 100 clean room where the drive is opened and the data recovered with special equipment. We send the hard drive out if this service is required. Recovery Cost $800-$2,500.

You have a RAID 0 array (computer splits or stripes data between 2 hard drives) and your computer is unbootable (bluescreen or blackscreen) or you have accidentally reformatted the drive. Because your files are split between 2 hard drives, data recovery is complicated. Recovery probabilty: excellent. RAID Reconstruction $175-$250.
