As several of our Cleveland Park Library gardeners know, the effect of
my vile virus was to send duplicate copies of the same email. One
friend received over 50 copies of the same message.
Robert visited my home ($35), picked up my computer, fixed it and
brought it back for another $35. That's a bargain!
He also installed additional software, set some automatic security
software, explained how to use a "safer" internet product, etc.

Try Rob Morshauser, a 30-ish CP neighbor, who did wonders on our new HD TV, speakers, harmony inexpensive master one remote control!!! comcast problems (after a storm)----also does Macs and PC. He got us wireless, easily and his fees are very reasonable; he seems available all the time and won't leave---or charge, until jobs are done right. He seems to be a CP treasure for all these things. Just returned from living abroad and needed assistance with DSL set up. Am not tech savvy. Robert made a house call and set the entire system up using the DSL kit I was sent. He navigated through glitches and problem areas easily. He answered my many questions completely and in an understandable fashion. He set up email accounts and also configured my desktop and links in a more user friendly fashion.

Within four hours he was there. He ended up staying for almost six hours to repair it. Above and beyond the call of duty. I have recommended him to lots of people.
